At CARTRIA℠, customer satisfaction is our priority. We provide high-quality digital products, including vehicle history reports and window stickers. However, due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. This policy outlines the specific conditions under which refunds may be considered.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only considered under the following circumstances:
Refundable Situations
- Duplicate Payments: If you accidentally make multiple payments for the same vehicle history report within 14 days, we will issue a full refund for the extra charge upon verification.
- Report Not Generated: If your report fails to generate after payment and our customer support team is unable to deliver the requested report within 48 hours, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of Mind: Refunds are not available if you change your mind after purchasing a digital product.
- Incomplete or Limited Information: CARTRIA℠ provides all available data retrieved from our sources at the time of your request. Some vehicle history details may be unavailable due to gaps in reporting. Refunds will not be issued for reports that contain limited or missing information.
- Compatibility Issues: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their device meets the necessary requirements for accessing our digital products.
- Unauthorized Purchases: Refunds will not be granted for unauthorized purchases made by third parties.
Data Disclaimer
CARTRIA℠ vehicle history reports are compiled using data from multiple sources. While we strive to provide the most comprehensive and accurate information available, we do not create or alter the data received from these sources. Some records may be missing due to gaps in reporting.
CARTRIA℠ does not guarantee that a report contains every accident, ownership change, or other historical event related to a vehicle. We strongly recommend using our reports in conjunction with a professional vehicle inspection and other due diligence before making a purchase.
Refund Request Process
If you believe you qualify for a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Support: Email support@cartria.com with your order number, purchase date, and a detailed description of the issue.
- Review Process: Our team will evaluate your request and may ask for additional information or screenshots for verification.
- Decision & Processing: If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 72 hours. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 days for bank processing.

CARTRIA℠ reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
